RETURN POLICY

If you experience an issue with your order or simply change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at info@designoptical.it, providing the reason for the return or exchange request and the model of the item purchased. We will then provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item to our store.

Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to include your order number and the model of the eyewear when submitting your request.

DELIVERIES AND DOCUMENTATION

The delivery times are as follows may vary depending on the destination and always include 24 / 48h for preparation and 24 / 48h for transport for a total time of 48 / 96h from the order. Orders are prepared and processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12 noon are processed on the same day, otherwise on the following working day. The times indicated above may not be guaranteed in particular periods of the year.

All product deliveries will be at Design Optical risk. The risk will be transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the Customer by the shipper, the carrier or other agent appointed by Design Optical for delivery. Normally the shipment of the goods will take place by Bartolini courier. Each shipment will be traceable through the code provided by the courier used via the courier website. This code will be provided on request.

No responsibility can be attributed to Design Optical in case of delay in processing the order or in delivering what has been ordered.

Unless explicitly stated, delivery is understood to be at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; b) that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or in any way altered, also in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps). Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by placing the word “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE” on the courier’s delivery receipt. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. We therefore recommend, even when there are no problems on the outside of the package, to always sign the courier’s coupon with the words “Subject to control”. In fact, if this wording is missing and product damage is found, the courier will no longer be held responsible regardless of whether the insurance is present or not. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods provided in this document.

In the event of failure to collect the material present in stock at the courier’s warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, the order will be automatically canceled, the courier will return to the Design Optical company of the neck. Together with the package, you will also receive an invoice with the list of products contained in the package and the detail of the shipping costs.
