Simona and Massimo’s professionalism is outstanding. They have a wide selection of best brands available to try on and to feel special ! All unique and interesting frames of modern designers are picked to suit your style and personality. They just ‘know’ which one is good for you. The experience is accompanied by modern machines to test your sight and .. there you are! Just wear them and enjoy!! Well done Massimo and Simona … my collection of glasses in my drawer is large and … expanding 😜

very very spectacular retail outlet in italy rome. optical products and sun glasses everything else is your choice . special design and the model of spex is very different and modern styles and various colors and patterns and sizes of the products available for any age group

I've been on a hunt of a certain Italian handmade brand, which is very hard to find and almost impossible to purchase online. Especially if you live in North America like me, you are limited to what your opticians bring in to the store. I found what I was looking for on Design Optical's website. Tried to purchase online and there was a technical problem. I wrote them about it and they not only immediately fixed the problem, but kindly offered me a discount, too. Furthermore, Maximo was so nice and patient to accommodate all my questions. He took the extra time to send me the pictures of all new models, too. They shipped my glasses immediately after purchase and made sure I was informed. All in all, great experience and amazing customer service. They also have an extraordinary range of glasses & sunglasses. I will definitely be back to shop more and hopefully one day in person, too. Greetings from Canada! 🙋🏻‍♀️

I don't read Italian so I can't finish this survey. But ordering and receipt went smoothly. And I love these frames. I ordered them to replace ones I broke and wanted the same color. Thank you so much. Karen
